This affordable apartment is located on the second floor of the Reymar apartment building in the Vueltas district.

  • Bed 1.50 x 1.90 m

60,00€ per night for two people low season (01.05.- 19.06. and 11.09.- 14.10.)

 

80,00€ per night for two people high season (20.06.- 10.9. and 15.10.-30.04.)

Booking conditions

 

  • Check-in 15:00 - Check-out 11:00 (other times possible upon request)

  • No pets allowed

  • For the final cleaning we charge 60,00 €

  • The minimum stay is 3 nights

  • Price changes possible due to low and high season

  • Each additional person pays 15,00€ extra per night

  • After booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The remaining payment is due 10 days before arrival.

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

The following cancellation fees will be charged in case of cancellation:

  • Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price

  • Cancellation from 89 to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price

  • Cancellation from 59 to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

  • Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price

  • Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price

  • Cancellation from 6 days to the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental price

 

We strongly recommend that you also take out comprehensive travel insurance / travel cancellation insurance!
